Rex Newell, an antiques expert, will be giving free appraisals at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 13, at the Bridgeview Public Library, 7840 W. 79th St.
There will be a limit of 40 appraisals, so library patrons looking to find out the value of their rare and exotic treasures are asked to bring one item only.
